I've fallen in a passion with textures, from the roughness of the rock face to the unevenness of the branch to even the smoothness of the water. This little heart rock literally jumped its presence out at me from the completely rock filled beach. I even noticed the first little buds that show spring is so very near. Oh how I can't wait!

40th birthday party for a friends sister

I so enjoyed being photographer for this birthday bash. The birthday girl put on a huge party for herself, to bring in her 40th decade in style. Each subject made my job so easy by being stunningly beautiful to capture. :)
